Guided Forest Therapy

You will be guided through disconnecting from the outside world, embracing the present-moment awareness, and immersing yourself in the healing embrace of the natural world. Through this guided nature therapy experience, you will connect with nature as you engage your senses, exploring its calming and restorative benefits for reduced stress and enhanced overall well-being.

Yoga

At this wellness retreats, you will be guided through transformative yoga. Harmonize breath with movement as you explore various styles and postures, connecting deeply with your mind, body, and soul.

Guided Meditation

You will be guided through a variety of guided meditations, during which you will find relaxation, calm within, and gentle contemplations to connect with your inner voice of knowing to find clarity on any matters relating to your personal or professional life.
