Stephanie Harris

A mindfulness practitioner, certified Nature Therapy Guide, Guided Meditation Facilitator, and herbalist-in-training.

A grounded approach to wellbeing, rooted in presence, nature, and self-trust

Hi, I’m Stephanie!
I support individuals and professionals who feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or burned out in reconnecting with themselves, regulating their nervous systems, and living with greater clarity, authenticity, and ease.

My work is grounded in the belief that people do not need fixing, they need space, safety, and support to remember who they are beneath the noise, pressure, and expectations of life.

My Approach

The work I offer is not surface-level wellness.

It is slow, embodied, and deeply human.

I draw from three interconnected foundations:

  • Mindfulness & Meditation: Building self-awareness, emotional regulation, and the capacity to meet life with clarity rather than reactivity

  • Nature Therapy: Reconnecting people to the living world as a source of grounding, belonging, and healing

  • Herbal Medicine: Supporting the relationship between humans and plants as part of an embodied, holistic approach to wellbeing

Together, these practices support the whole person.

This work often supports people who are:

  • Carrying high levels of responsibility

  • Living in chronic stress or overwhelm

  • Feeling disconnected from themselves

  • Struggling with burnout, anxiety, or loss of meaning

  • Seeking depth rather than quick fixes

My role is not to tell people who to be.

My role is to create spaces where people can safely reconnect with themselves and discover their own wisdom.

I bring over 20 years of experience in social services and community-based work, supporting people from diverse backgrounds through complex emotional, mental, and life challenges. This experience deeply informs how I hold space today, with compassion, realism, and respect for each person’s lived experience.

I am:

  • A certified Nature Therapy Guide through the Association of Nature and Forest Therapy (ANFT)

  • A certified Meditation Facilitator through the Guided Meditation Framework.

  • A long-time mindfulness practitioner and facilitator

  • Currently training as a clinical herbalist, with the intention of opening a professional herbal practice

  • A social services professional with a Master's Degree in Human Services

My Background

Over 20 years of experience in Social Services

My work blends:

  • Trauma-informed awareness

  • Nervous system regulation practices

  • Embodied mindfulness

  • Nature-based connection

  • Traditional plant wisdom

  • Practical, grounded integration

Why I Do This Work

Like many people, I once lived primarily in my head, constantly doing, overextending, and disconnecting from my own needs. Over time, this led to burnout and a deep sense of disconnection from myself.

Mindfulness and nature (and now plant connection) were not just professional interests, they became the path that helped me come back to myself.

Nature, in particular, has always felt like home to me. Through reconnecting with the natural world, I rediscovered belonging, presence, and a sense of being held by something larger than the pressures of daily life. This personal healing journey is woven into the integrity of how I guide others.

I do this work because I have seen, again and again, how powerful it is when people feel safe enough to slow down, listen inward, and reconnect with who they truly are.

What It’s Like to Work With Me

People often describe my spaces as:

  • Calm

  • Grounded

  • Safe

  • Non-judgmental

  • Deep but accessible

  • Thoughtful rather than performative

I am not here to motivate you to become more productive.

I am here to support you in becoming more present, self-aware, regulated, and connected, because from that place, everything else in life shifts naturally.

This work is for people who are ready for depth, honesty, and real inner change — not trends or quick fixes.

If You’re Here, You Might Be Ready

You don’t need to be in crisis to benefit from this work.
Often, people come simply because something inside them knows there is more to life than survival mode.

If you’re longing for:

  • More presence

  • More grounding

  • More connection

  • More authenticity

  • More ease in your nervous system

  • A deeper relationship with yourself

You’re in the right place.
