About the event
Join us for a guided nature connection experience inspired by the Five Seasons Theory of Traditional Chinese Medicine. Explore the trails, engage your senses, and discover seasonal herbal wisdom to support balance and well-being.
I’ll select the trails and share the meeting location with you ahead of time. I need to ensure safety of each trail before guiding you but I will select areas/trails within the Sudbury area. All event details will be sent at least one week before each session.
Please Note: If you plan to attend all five sessions, please register for each date so I can keep track of participants. Only one payment of $50 is required to cover all sessions. Unfortunately, my event planning options on this website are limited.
