Early summer is connected to the heart, the part of us that houses the spirit, and supports our capacity for joy, connection, and emotional openness. When that system is out of balance, we can swing between overstimulation and disconnection.

Together Kim, your aromatherapist, and Stephanie, your herbalist-in-training, we’ll work with simple, accessible plants that support the heart and nervous system, helping the body soften so connection can return naturally.
